2.2 Information Products
Halvenor may offer digital guides, checklists, templates, and similar resources related to real estate processes. Access is granted after payment. These are non-tangible digital items.
2.3 Goods
Halvenor may supply physical goods such as printed materials or promotional merchandise. Descriptions include specifications, delivery estimates, and handling instructions.
3. Fees and Payment
All fees for services, products, and goods are displayed on halvenor.club and confirmed at time of purchase. Payment may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods presented at checkout.
4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy
Halvenor is committed to fair handling of refund requests. The following guidelines apply:
- Legal Assistance Services: You may request a refund of service fees if the request is submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Requests received within this window will be processed less an administrative fee equal to 10% of the service fee. If services have commenced, fees are non-refundable due to the allocation of consultant resources. However, you may reschedule your service once at no extra charge by notifying Halvenor at least 48 hours before the original appointment.
- Information Products: Due to the digital nature of these items, no reimbursements are offered once access links or downloads are provided. If you encounter technical issues or defects, Halvenor will provide replacement materials or technical support to resolve the issue.
- Goods: You may request a refund or platform of physical goods within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a request, please complete the contact form. Customers are responsible for shipping items back unless the item is defective or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the shipped items.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a legal assistance service, submit your request via the contact form at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability. Late requests may not be accommodated and fees may apply.
